Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling labeling automation equipment, coding, and marking solutions to various industries, including food and beverage, transportation, and pharmaceutical.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including senior leadership and accounting departments.
  • Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to track sales data and manage multiple sources of information.
  • Collaborate with other sales members to maximize sales and introduce new products to the sales team.
  • Oversee the day-to-day tasks of managing Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Service Technicians within your geographic territory.

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of sales experience, with 3-5 years in the industry selling packaging, labeling, and coding-type equipment and consumables.
  • Leadership experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of various industries and applications in packaging.
  • French bilingualism is an asset.

  • A competitive base salary of $100,000 - $120,000, plus bonuses.
