Seeking Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth in Canada's Ontario territory for a leading US manufacturer of precision cutting tools.
Heritage Cutter is a privately held company with a strong reputation for producing high-performance cutting tools.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and in-depth knowledge of machining, with experience in sales and customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and develop sales strategies for assigned territory
- Increase sales and profit margin through effective sales and marketing efforts
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal resources to support territory and ensure effective communication with management and new business
- Provide regular reports on sales progress and territory performance
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Strong technical capability to understand and recommend solutions for milling and tapping applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and foster customer relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to use project management software, spreadsheets, and word processing software
Requirements:
- 2+ years of machining experience on both manual and CNC machines
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Engineering degree or certificate program from a machining trade school
