Territory Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at Drive Products. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining current customer relationships while securing new customers and driving growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure you are always ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer service
  • Travel within your assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects
Requirements:
  • Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within your assigned territory
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software
