Summary: Territory Sales Manager for Precision Cutting Tools in Canada - Ontario, responsible for managing customer relationships, increasing sales, and developing sales strategies.

Heritage Cutter is a US manufacturer of precision cutting tools, offering high-performance carbide end mills, high-speed steel, cobalt, and powdered metal end mills, taps, and countersinks under various brands. Our team of territory and regional managers work together to share information and build upon our success.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be factory trained with in-depth reviews of application information for each product line and hands-on demonstrations. You will be supported by a team of seasoned engineers and product managers to take on challenging applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships with assigned territory
  • Increase sales and profit margin with assigned territory
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory
  • Keep CRM update for assigned accounts
  • Review lost opportunities to provide feedback
  • Set sales goals and report on progress
  • Develop and implement sales plans
  • Coordinate internal resources to support territory
  • Effectively communicate market trends and product competitiveness
  • Submit monthly reports

Skills and Attributes:

  • Ability to develop value proposition for Heritage Cutters products/solutions

  • Ability to use the Internet, Project Management software, spreadsheets, and word processing software
  • Ability to work independently

Experience and Education:

  • 2+ years of machining experience on both manual and CNC machines
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Engineering degree or certificate program from a machining trade school
