About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Amicus Immigration Consultants Canada Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our immigration services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support our immigration services.
  • Financial Management: Plan, control, and manage budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Communication: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and work with the marketing department to communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, time management, and quick learner.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
