Position Summary

The Procurement Manager will take charge of engaging with the supply chain and independently driving EPC and equipment supply agreements. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Procurement and will collaborate closely with teams in Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage requests for proposals related to EPC and equipment supply
  • Structure, negotiate, and finalize transactions for EPC and equipment supply contracts
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key EPC contractors and suppliers
  • Manage amendments to contracts and follow-up actions post-contract
  • Coordinate with various relevant departments to meet the outlined objectives
  • This position will emphasize EPC over equipment supply

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in EPC procurement for large-scale PV, battery, wind, or natural gas projects
  • Strong interpersonal abilities; adept at building relationships with external stakeholders
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to succinctly summarize complex concepts
  • Robust quantitative analysis skills
  • Preferred background in engineering
  • Highly skilled in G-Suite, Excel, Slack, and other collaborative tools

Work Environment

  • Primarily sedentary role; utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, and telephones.
  • Some travel required for conferences, contract negotiations, and company-wide gatherings: approximately 10-12 trips annually.

  • Salary: Competitive base salary in the range of $130,000-$140,000 USD, with a 30% annual target bonus
