- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Examine and verify the accuracy of work to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Identify training needs and provide coaching and guidance to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure compliance and adherence.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for growth and development.
- Recruit and hire staff to fill vacancies and ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
