Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at Bay Street Group Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of work to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching and guidance to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure compliance and adherence.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for growth and development.
  • Recruit and hire staff to fill vacancies and ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
