Client Relations Specialist - Full Time

The Client Relations Specialist plays a vital role within our communities, positively influencing the lives of residents and fostering meaningful connections.

In your role as a Client Relations Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:


• Crafting and executing the Community marketing strategy.


• Organizing promotional initiatives.


• Taking charge of all sales activities, including lead management, documentation,

reporting, conducting tours, and follow-ups.


• Establishing, maintaining, and nurturing essential relationships within the broader community.


• Monitoring and reporting on market trends and competitive analysis.


• Providing sales training for the Retirement Residence Team.

Essential qualifications include:


• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in senior living or hospitality sectors.


• Strong customer service skills and the ability to impart knowledge to others.


• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.


• A professional demeanor at all times, capable of representing and promoting the residence effectively.


• Proficient computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM software.


• Successful completion of the Vulnerable Sector Check is mandatory for applicable candidates.


• Successful completion of the Criminal Records Check is required for relevant applicants.

Additional qualifications that are advantageous:


• A post-secondary degree or diploma.
