Client Care Specialist Job Description

At Equitable, we're committed to delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients. As a Client Care Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and effective solutions to client inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Equitable's products and services to effectively address client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and provide seamless support.
  • Continuously improve client satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
