Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at GSC Law Professional Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
