Position Overview

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is tasked with overseeing the documentation of all sales transactions, which encompass both cash and credit sales. This role also requires ensuring the precision of accounts and managing payment processing. Additionally, the specialist will undertake other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintains customer accounts in a systematic manner.
  2. Accurate processing of customer payments.
  3. Updates and manages customer records.
  4. Completes special projects as needed.
  5. Handles any other tasks assigned by the Controller.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. At least 2 years of experience in accounting.
  2. Understanding of financial principles.
  3. Strong attention to detail.
  4. Dependable and trustworthy.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  6. Exceptional organizational skills.
  7. Strong time management abilities.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Must be bondable.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay Range: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 annually
