Job Title: Residential Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team at Paramount Properties Management.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Ensure that all lease agreements are met and that tenants are satisfied with their living conditions
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs
  • Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners
  • Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in property management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure.
