About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Condominium Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of our condominium communities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with our regional directors to develop and implement business strategies, driving growth and revenue.
  • Leading and managing a team of property management professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve our operations and services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A General License in good standing.
  • RCM or other recognized property management designation.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in condominium property management.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, commercial real estate, and property management principles.

Travel Requirements
