FirstService Residential is a leading provider of property management services, seeking a skilled Condominium Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential communities, providing exceptional service to our clients, and driving business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in property management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including financial management, maintenance, and customer service. You will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve property performance, drive revenue growth, and enhance the overall resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial performance of assigned properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance, drive revenue growth, and enhance the overall resident experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including maintenance, customer service, and sales, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with board members, residents, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, with a strong background in financial management, maintenance, and customer service.
  • General License in good standing.
  • RCM or other recognized property management designation.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
