About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Condominium Property Manager to join our team in the Toronto-Lakeshore Area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of our condominium communities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with our regional director to develop and implement business strategies, driving growth and revenue.
  • Leading and managing a team of property management professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our communities.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with board members, residents, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A General License in good standing.
  • RCM or other recognized property management designation.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in condominium management, with a strong understanding of the Condominium Act.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
