Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative capacity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and oversee seminars, conferences, and various corporate events.
  • Lead and mentor team members to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Formulate and execute organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide training to staff on a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Document meeting minutes and critical information for future reference.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies while managing appointment schedules.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Administer payroll processes and oversee payroll-related activities.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with management and human resources consultants to align organizational goals.
Supervision
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.

  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
