We are seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of an Office Management Specialist at 2090547 Alberta Inc. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in administrative support and organizational management.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative capacity.
- Organize and oversee seminars, conferences, and various corporate events.
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure effective collaboration.
- Formulate and execute organizational policies and procedures.
- Provide training to staff on a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
- Document meeting minutes and critical information for future reference.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies while managing appointment schedules.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Administer payroll processes and oversee payroll-related activities.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with management and human resources consultants to align organizational goals.
- Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
