Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including reviewing and evaluating new procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Work Environment: Ensure that the work environment is safe and healthy, and that all employees are aware of their responsibilities in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work Conditions: 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
- Language: English.
