Position Overview

TouchBistro is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Director of Sales Operations to enhance our Business Development and Sales teams. This pivotal role will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer and will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership and various stakeholders throughout the organization to pinpoint opportunities for process and system enhancements, propose effective solutions, and oversee project management and execution of key priorities.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to oversee daily sales workflows, develop sales processes, and ensure adherence and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional leadership to mentor and develop our team, while also influencing talent acquisition and coaching both internally and externally.
  • Drive change management initiatives to guarantee the successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Ensure operational alignment with cross-functional departments, including Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement, to foster continuous improvement in the customer journey.
  • Work alongside the Finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and OPEX management, while also managing compensation plans to align sales incentives with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the complete sales technology stack in partnership with the Internal Systems team (e.g., SFDC, Gong, Slack, Zuora).
  • Maintain data integrity and compliance across all Sales systems.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in a sales operations role.
  • An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or business, or equivalent experience; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Proven track record as an outstanding people leader, with success in influencing and nurturing collaborative relationships across various GTM departments, as well as the ability to coach, motivate, and manage performance within operations teams.
  • In-depth expertise in SFDC and comprehensive knowledge of enterprise sales tools.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail, capable of driving program management, execution, and achieving results.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in the SaaS and/or payments industry.
