Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our staff and students, ensuring the smooth operation of our information systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to staff and students, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • System Administration: Ensure the effective management and maintenance of our information systems and infrastructure, including network security, data backup and recovery, and system upgrades.
  • Project Management: Lead and participate in projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our information systems, working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the quality and integrity of our information systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with staff and students, providing regular updates and information on system status and changes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in system administration, technical support, and project management.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of network security, data backup and recovery, and system upgrades. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and students.
