About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the lifecycle of employees, contractors, and third-party users through onboarding, access changes, and offboarding.
  • Perform user administration across various applications and systems, including Active Directory, ISAM, LDAP, and other business-facing applications.
  • Review and conduct Information Security Risk Assessments (ISRA), Threat and Vulnerability Risk Assessments (TVRA), and manage and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
  • Provide oversight on assessments, risk identification, and risk management processes and tools for managing and reporting risks.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and technology and develop remediation plans to address risks.
  • Assist in the development of cybersecurity risk reporting, including the ongoing development and improvement of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to team members.
  • Ensure all identified cybersecurity risks are mitigated and effectively communicated to partners and managed with risk-prioritized timelines aligned with Aviva risk appetite.
  • Provide oversight on a wide variety of security solutions, projects, and new technologies.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Experience with user administration, access management, and identity management.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
