Job Overview

As a vital member of our team at Coast Hotels Limited, the Guest Services Representative plays a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This position is essential for the smooth operation of our hotel and involves various responsibilities aimed at delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, addressing any concerns or inquiries that arise.
  • Assist with the organization of group arrivals and departures, ensuring luggage handling is seamless.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and ensure proper billing procedures are followed.
  • Handle incoming mail and prepare courier packages as needed.
  • Order and manage office supplies, keeping inventory levels in check.
  • Act as a welcoming ambassador for our hotel, greeting guests and providing information as required.
  • Perform basic data entry tasks and generate reports based on standard formats.
  • Verify the accuracy of daily financial transactions and assist with the night audit process.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A completed secondary education.
  • Preferably, at least one year of experience in a similar role or relevant education in hospitality management.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • A professional demeanor and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
