As a Lead Financial Analyst within our Business Analytics division, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of analytical solutions, primarily utilizing IBM's Planning Analytics suite. Your role will involve crafting dashboards, reports, and various analytical tools that facilitate financial reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and the stewardship of results for Finance management and operational teams. You will evaluate financial and operational data to ensure its accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.

- Post-secondary education in finance, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field (degree preferred, but a diploma combined with relevant experience will be considered).
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, business analysis, data analysis, or data visualization roles.
- Experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Oracle Essbase (Smart View), or other multi-dimensional financial planning technologies is essential.
- Familiarity with IBM Cognos Analytics, Microsoft PowerBI, or other Business Intelligence/Data Visualization tools is required.
- Knowledge of Business Analytics methodologies and best practices is advantageous.
- Lean Six Sigma certification at Green or Black Belt level (or equivalent certification) is a plus.
