CT Bank is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support eCommerce customers with their inquiries for various products and services.
- Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to a wide variety of requests from customers, including dispatching service providers and providing general information about products and services.
- Address inbound calls from retail customers and store staff regarding a wide range of issues, questions, concerns, complaints, policies, and advice.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products and services to customers, in an effort to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
