Key Responsibilities

  • Support eCommerce customers with their inquiries for various products and services.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to a wide variety of requests from customers, including dispatching service providers and providing general information about products and services.
  • Address inbound calls from retail customers and store staff regarding a wide range of issues, questions, concerns, complaints, policies, and advice.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products and services to customers, in an effort to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
