As a Senior Talent Analytics Specialist, you will collaborate closely with Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), P&C Leadership, and the broader People Analytics team to innovate and develop metrics and analytical tools that our business leaders require to scale and enhance lululemon.
Your responsibilities will include partnering with stakeholders, leveraging data to influence critical strategic business decisions, and amplifying internal and external market insights as we expand our operations.
Moreover, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to the consistency of the Partnership vertical within People Analytics.
Collect and evaluate market and organizational talent and workforce data to inform decision-making.Assist the organization with insights and data related to optimizing workforce strategies and people initiatives.
Present data findings and insights to all levels of leadership, including senior executives, in a compelling manner and facilitate discussions.
Engage in strategically advised project teams to design actionable metrics and analytics from diverse internal and external sources.
Consult and act as a liaison in the development and delivery of analytical and business intelligence solutions, such as scorecards and dashboards, along with guides and other supportive materials.
Promote and champion self-service by guiding stakeholders to access and utilize knowledge and products available to meet their immediate needs.
Analyze and interpret extensive and complex workforce data sets to extract insights; collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide a comprehensive analysis of the workforce and labor market, including capacity models, skills, and other talent insights.
Ensure consistency around data quality through the creation of educational programs and process enhancements.Mentor junior team members and contribute to the consistency of the People Analytics Consulting team.
Support ad hoc analysis requests from stakeholders.
5+ years of experience in transforming and analyzing workforce data from various sources to drive business insights.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, Power BI), mastery of SQL, and expertise in Python or R.
~ Experience with employee, candidate, and organizational data is essential.
~ A degree in I/O Psychology, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is required, with a Master's preferred.
~ Exceptional communication skills and experience successfully collaborating with senior leaders to enhance business outcomes through analytics.
~ Ability to influence CoE partners and stakeholders, including senior leadership and key cross-functional partners.
~ Discretion and experience handling sensitive and confidential data.
~ Foster connections by prioritizing people and building trusting relationships.

lululemon's compensation structure is based on a pay-for-performance philosophy that acknowledges outstanding individual and team contributions.
The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 CAD annually; as part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may qualify for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to eligibility requirements.
