About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at RJC Global Impact. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing reports, managing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Project Coordination
    • Assist in the coordination of projects, including setting priorities, managing timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of 1 to 2 people, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
    • Familiarity with MAC operating systems.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Education and Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
