Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at NP Financial. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including coordinating office services, administering policies and procedures, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Policies and Procedures Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Perform data entry tasks and assemble data to prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new policies and procedures and provide guidance on administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
