We are a top-tier management consulting firm, PVA Consulting Group, seeking a highly driven Director Business Development to join our team. Our mandate is to improve our clients' operational and financial performance through an integrated approach that includes:

  • Implementation of a Management Operating System (MOS) in production, maintenance, and warehouse
  • Development of a Performance Management System integrated into the Operating Model
  • Extensive coaching, development, and organizational alignment at all levels, from executive management to on-the-floor personnel

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience setting meetings with executives of large companies, be experienced with sales databases, and possess tenacious and able to overcome obstacles while establishing contacts with C-Level executives.
