Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies that integrate seamlessly across all business units
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives and embed sustainability deeply into all aspects of our operations and culture
- Oversee the coordination of sustainability data collection, analysis, and communication, ensuring adherence to Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards and other relevant frameworks
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, regulators, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure our sustainability initiatives meet external expectations and drive business value
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing sustainability role with increasing levels of responsibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS in Sustainability highly desirable
- Proven track record of success in driving sustainability initiatives within a corporate environment
- Strong business judgment with the ability to balance sustainability goals with the need to drive profitable growth
