- 15+ years of experience in a fast-paced global corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in leading diverse global teams.
- 5 or more years of experience working in sustainability with a focus on IT services.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Experience working in a corporate setting with a focus on sustainability and ESG.
- Knowledge of circular economy drivers and sustainability metrics.
- Experience consulting or contributing to ESG projects.
- Ability to draft communications for various audiences.
- Experience collaborating with numerous and diverse stakeholders within a complex organization.
Lenovo offers a competitive salary range of $200-$260k, plus bonus and commission opportunities.
