Senior Director of North American PC Sales

Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Director of North American PC Sales to join its rapidly growing business. This leader will be responsible for developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy and sales business plan for Lenovo's PC portfolio in North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales leadership experience, commercializing innovative ideas, and building high-quality solutions that add value to customer organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy and sales business plan for Lenovo's PC portfolio in North America
- Lead the development and implementation of a clean-sheet simplified PC sales playbook from OI to quote to order
- Build a high-performance team, attract, develop, organize, and retain top talent to achieve strategic growth
- Align the goals of the organization around its vision and strategy while maintaining awareness of ever-changing business conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- ~10+ years of sales leadership experience in NA with particular focus on PC, Workstation, and Smart Solutions
- Strong executive presence and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and international working experience for North American company(s)
