This position, reporting directly to the Supply Chain & Facilities Manager, is essential for overseeing procurement processes and materials management to bolster our operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Leverage ERP systems for effective procurement and inventory oversight.
  • Draft and distribute requests for supplier quotations.
  • Evaluate pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines to identify optimal bids.
  • Monitor requisitions, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Address inventory and billing inconsistencies.
  • Engage with suppliers to guarantee prompt deliveries.
  • Assess supplier performance and nurture constructive relationships.
  • Conduct regular inventory assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of supply chain dynamics and procurement within the manufacturing sector.
  • Expertise in MS Office and ERP software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is advantageous.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma, with a DEP in supply chain management or a related discipline preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a comparable position.
