Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Procurement
    • Source and procure general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services to meet the company's needs.
    • Develop detailed specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
    • Negotiate offers from suppliers and consult with them to ensure the best possible terms.

    • Monitor the progress of delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Operational Logistics
    • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including internal audit and process improvement.
    • Develop and implement efficient operational processes to ensure the smooth running of the business.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant education and training are an asset.
