Reporting to the Supply Chain & Facilities Manager, the Procurement Coordinator will be responsible to ensure adequate stock levels of all necessary materials, parts, tools, and third
- party machines by ordering, purchasing, receiving, and processing all necessary items in a timely fashion and in accordance with our internal purchasing and inventory management systems and procedures. The Procurement Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating all third-party modification requests and ensures that all modification requests are issued and received on time.

**HERE ARE WHAT YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE IF YOU JOINED THE TEAM**:

- Using our ERP, perform a variety of procurement and inventory management duties, such as: reviewing requisition orders, prepare and request quotes, compare and negotiate prices.
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers
- Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, price lists and suppliers lists.
- Reconcile inventory and billing discrepancies.
- Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries, solve shortages, missed or late deliveries.
- Check shipments and rectify any receiving issues.
- Verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications of raw materials or machine modification requests.
- Prepare and issue modification quotes, purchase orders to suppliers.
- Follow up with suppliers and ensure modified materials and machine parts are received on time and in accordance to specifications.
- Monitor in-house inventory, determine if quantities are sufficient, and order more materials when necessary.

- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics and procurement in manufacturing.
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy: MS Office software and ERP systems.
- Technical knowledge of materials and machine parts.
- Time management skills (prioritizing and planning).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English / French)
- High-school minimum, DEP in supply chain management, business, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related role.

Sous la responsabilité du directeur de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et des installations, **le(a) coordinateur(rice) de l'approvisionnement** sera chargé de garantir des niveaux de stock adéquats pour tous les matériaux, pièces, outils et machines de tiers nécessaires en commandant, achetant, recevant et traitant tous les articles en temps voulu et conformément à nos systèmes et procédures internes d'achat et de gestion des stocks.

**Le(a) coordinateur(rice) de l'approvisionnement** sera également responsable de la coordination de toutes les demandes de modification par des tiers et veillera à ce que toutes les demandes de modification soient émises et reçues à temps.

**VOICI QUELLES SERAIENT VOS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS SI VOUS REJOIGNIEZ L'ÉQUIPE**:

- À l'aide de notre système ERP, effectuer diverses tâches de gestion des achats et des stocks, telles que : examiner les ordres de demande d'achat, préparer et demander des devis, comparer et négocier les prix.
- Émettre des bons de commande aux fournisseurs
- Suivre l'état des demandes, des contrats et des commandes.
- Préparer, maintenir et réviser les dossiers d'achat, les listes de prix et les listes de fournisseurs.
- Rapprocher les écarts d'inventaire et de facturation.
- Contacter les fournisseurs pour programmer ou accélérer les livraisons, résoudre les problèmes de pénurie, de livraison manquée ou tardive.
- Vérifier les expéditions et rectifier tout problème de réception.
- Vérifier l'exactitude, la terminologie et les spécifications des matières premières ou des demandes de modification des machines.
- Préparer et émettre des devis de modification, des bons de commande aux fournisseurs.
