Position Overview

We are seeking a Procurement Service Delivery Specialist to fulfill procurement and service delivery needs within our operations. This role is essential in providing effective and efficient services to internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procure all necessary raw materials, goods, spares, and services to support business growth.
  • Achieve business objectives while minimizing costs and maximizing value for every dollar spent.
  • Adhere to established processes, procedures, and contractual standards, ensuring user requirements are met and supplier relationships are nurtured.
  • Maintain documentation to facilitate the monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators related to procurement and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide efficient support and assistance as needed.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficient in SAP and QuickBooks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Understanding of terms and conditions, transport documentation, and import regulations.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office and software applications, with extensive use of Excel and SAP.
