Job Summary

CIE_101 Beneva Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Disability Management Department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze disability, life, critical illness, and specialized health insurance portfolios for groups to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Participate in meetings with Actuarial and Sales departments to evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address client concerns and improve results.
  • Lead monthly or quarterly meetings with clients to share results and present recommendations.
  • Identify and resolve procedural, administrative, and contractual discrepancies related to case file management.
  • Represent the department as a subject matter expert with internal and external partners.
  • Act as a resource and mentor for processes and best practices in case management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the Life and Disability claims Group Insurance Industry.
  • Excellent command of the English language; French is an asset.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
