Client Relations Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Specialist to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our Merchant Solutions team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to drive growth and retention.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client solutions and meet business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell TD Merchant Services products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in client-facing roles, with a strong focus on relationship building and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of the Merchant Services industry, with a solid understanding of credit and pricing policies.
