Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Community Based

FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing expert assessment and treatment services to individuals suffering from various neurological, orthopedic disorders, mental health, and injuries.

About the Role:
  • Assess and treat individuals in a community setting, assisting them in establishing and meeting meaningful goals within their home and community.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Liaise with community partners and rehab professionals to facilitate client goals and independence.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions and establishing personal networks.

Requirements:
  • University degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Registered with COTO or provisionally licensed
