About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cornwall Physiotherapy. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to their recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment strategies
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and self-management
  • Participate in case conferences and case management to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements
  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
