Job Summary:

Lifemark is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist at Lifemark, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a positive impact on their health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals and improve their function.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Participate in case conferences and case management to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Support clients in their return to work programs and provide education on topics such as pacing, pain management, and cognitive behavioral strategies.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
  • 1-5 years of experience in occupational therapy, with a focus on rehabilitation and wellness.
  • Previous experience working with clients with physical, mental health, and neurological conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
