Data Migration Team Leader

We are currently in search of a Data Migration Team Leader to oversee our Customer Enablement Department.
The Data Migration team focuses on the transition of client data from outdated systems into our platform. This process encompasses exporting, importing, processing, and cleansing data. The team is well-versed in extract, transform, and load (ETL) methodologies, playing a crucial role in enhancing the customer onboarding experience.
This dedicated team aims to improve customer satisfaction, with numerous opportunities for process and tool enhancements. We provide support to our Customer Enablement teams and collaborate with Product & Engineering to automate essential components of this process. - Acting as a player-coach, including:
- Managing customer escalations effectively and helping the team identify root causes to minimize future issues.
- Providing support and additional capacity to the team as required.
- Maintaining exemplary customer service standards while coaching the team on best practices and personal growth.
- Fostering career development through regular one-on-one meetings and coaching sessions.
- Serving as an ambassador for the Migration team, collaborating closely with key business partners.
- Developing and refining processes to create accurate internal documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
- Driving the overall ETL process from various source systems into our platform, enhancing efficiency.
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of our product and common workflows.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within a SaaS environment.
- 3+ years of expertise in data migration and transformation.
- 1+ years of leadership experience.
- Proficiency with CSV, JSON, and SQL databases.
- Experience in creating presentations to facilitate team and social events.
- Strong documentation skills for SOPs, guides, and training materials.
- Background in customer or technical service/support.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Python and Rails.
- Experience in the legal industry or legal technology services.
- Familiarity with API-driven applications.
