Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Valuations and Litigation Support team at Highspeed Staffing Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in valuation and litigation support, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engagement Planning: Develop and implement engagement plans, including preparing and reviewing quotes, budgets, and timelines.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to acquire information, manage expectations, and provide progress updates.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed reviews of financial models, schedules, and reports, with a focus on litigation support engagements.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business proposals and presentations to current and prospective clients.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve internal processes and templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Professional Designations: CPA and CBV designations, with CFF or CFE designations considered an asset.
  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience in valuations and litigation support, with 2-5 years of experience managing a team.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with IF and Vlookup functions, as well as VBA.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
