Key Responsibilities- Lead a clinical team to provide care support and services to residents
- Develop and implement service plans of care, determining corresponding care fees and team member requirements as applicable
- Monitor resident incidents and direct team members regarding interventions to prevent reoccurrence as applicable
- Monitor quality indicators and evaluate nursing and related services to ensure quality of resident care
- Recruit, select, orient, develop, schedule, and perform performance management of Guest Attendants, Unregulated Care Providers, and Registered Practical Nurses
- Develop and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with hospital team members and home and community care partners
- Participate in marketing outreach and presentations on wellness services and aging in place philosophy
- Prepare and administer the department budget within established parameters
- Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with a minimum three years' experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation, and/or senior health industry
- Exceptional management skills with a demonstrated track record of delivering results and continuously improving performance
- Good judgment, ability to identify risk, and foster a positive work environment
- Strong technology skills in Microsoft Office suite programs
