Job Summary:
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospitality Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our residents, families, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all visitors
- Manage external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
- Offer community information and support marketing and sales efforts
- Monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness
- Perform general administrative duties
- Welcoming and supporting the hospitality of a Sunrise community
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Proven experience in a customer service role is also required
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Organized record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
