Job Title: Clubhouse Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clubhouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Young St Karaoke. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clubhouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and possibly review their performance.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the clubhouse remains in good condition.
  • Client Services: Assist clients/guests with special needs and be the point of contact for emergency situations.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar field is preferred.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and a team player are essential qualities for this role.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Site Environment: The clubhouse is air-conditioned.
  • Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: English.
