  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Activity Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports as required.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, and provide guidance and feedback as necessary.
