Responsibilities:
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the clubhouse remains in good condition.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their experience is enjoyable.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, providing valuable insights into clubhouse operations.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as required.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and shared responsibilities.
  • Resolve complaints and claims in a fair and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Flexibility, judgement, organization, reliability, and a team player attitude are also required.
