Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clubhouse Attendant Supervisor to join our team at Young St Karaoke. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our karaoke venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate with vendors to arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure our equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact in emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and staff.
  • Activity Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities, events, and promotions, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine checks and maintenance as needed.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisitioning materials and supplies as required.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum productivity.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve complaints and claims in a fair and timely manner, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.

Requirements
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
