We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clubhouse Attendants Supervisor to join our team at Young St Karaoke. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clubhouse and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the clubhouse remains in good working order.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide support as required.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of workers.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised.
  • Resolve complaints and claims in a fair and professional manner.
Requirements:
