Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dosa Crepe Cafe. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management team and contribute to the smooth operation of our cafe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
