About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Manager to join our team at L&Z Resort Company Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service delivery.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive employee growth and development.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, ensuring optimal pricing and quality.
  • Conduct training sessions, equipping staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Perform front desk duties, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Prepare marketing plans, implementing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Implement marketing activities, leveraging various channels to reach and engage with our target audience.
  • Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring the resort's facilities and equipment are well-maintained and up-to-date.
  • Enforce policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing personalized support and service.
  • Develop and implement business plans, driving growth and innovation within the resort.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
